These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Corex (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use prediction markets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you.
The Service may not be available, or may be restricted, in certain jurisdictions.
Corex is a non-custodial interface that aggregates third-party prediction markets and helps you view markets and route orders. Corex does not operate the underlying venues, hold your funds, or act as a broker, exchange or counterparty.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, the security of your keys, and every transaction you authorise. On-chain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed.
All content provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or other advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any activity.
Using prediction markets involves significant risk, including the partial or total loss of funds. Prices may be volatile, markets may be illiquid or mispriced, smart contracts may contain bugs, and events may resolve against your position. You accept these risks.
Use of the Service or the underlying venues may involve fees, including network gas fees and venue fees. You are responsible for all applicable fees.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to manipulate markets, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to evade any applicable laws, sanctions or restrictions.
The Service relies on third-party venues, data and infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service, including its design, branding and content, is owned by Corex or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corex and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corex from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
