This Privacy Policy explains how Corex (“Corex”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, interface and related services (together, the “Service”).
Corex is a non-custodial interface for prediction markets. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible while still operating a secure and reliable product.
Wallet information. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address and the transactions you choose to initiate through the interface. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
Usage and device data. We may collect technical information such as approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and timestamps.
Information you provide. If you contact us, apply for a role or join a waitlist, we process the details you submit, such as your email address.
We use information to provide, operate and maintain the Service; to route and display orders and positions; to secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse; to analyse and improve performance; and to communicate with you about updates or support.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Blockchains are public by design. Any transaction you submit is permanently recorded on-chain and may be visible to anyone. Corex cannot edit, hide or delete on-chain data.
We share information only with service providers and venue partners that help us operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and our users.
We retain off-chain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
